No. Segue stores the content you choose to save through a connected AI or the web app. It does not capture conversations in the background. You can review what your AI is about to save.
Segue connects through MCP, the Model Context Protocol, using OAuth sign-in. You can use supported clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Codex. Setup depends on the client; your Segue settings provide connection instructions. Each AI only gets the permissions you approve.
No. A handle identifies content; it does not grant access. Personal content is private unless you share it. Workspace members can read workspace content, and guests can read only the briefs they’ve been invited to. Connected AIs follow the same access rules.
Every workspace member uses a seat, including the administrator. Members can contribute; guests are read-only and don’t use paid seats. A workspace includes up to 10 unique guests. Pending member invitations reserve seats, and inviting someone never silently increases your bill.
Their workspace content stays with the team. Removing a member frees a seat but does not reduce the purchased quantity; adjust that in billing. If the workspace becomes inactive, existing members and guests can still read and export. Workspace writes and new invitations pause. Personal content stays editable.
Yes. Save a plain context and load its handle in another connected AI. You can also publish a read-only snapshot or, with Pro, send a private read-only share. Private shares can require recipient sign-in. Workspace guests always sign in.
